I lead Semi Private Personal Training sessions at Hive Fitness Journey to give clients the perfect balance of attention and group motivation. Small class sizes allow me to customize workouts while maintaining an energetic environment. I guide each client, monitor form, and push them to reach their personal best. The group setting adds accountability and camaraderie, making workouts fun and effective. Watching clients support each other while achieving results is why I love teaching semi private sessions.
