Polyethylene rotational moulding

Polyethylene rotational moulding is a manufacturing process used to create hollow, seamless plastic products by heating and rotating a mold filled with polyethylene resin. This technique is ideal for producing durable, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant components with complex shapes and uniform wall thickness.

In this process, polyethylene powderis placed inside a metal mold, which is then heated and rotated biaxially. As the mold turns, the polyethylene melts and coats the interior evenly. After cooling, the mold is opened, and the finished part is removed.
